1. Order Processing
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.
- Business Days: Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.
- Cutoff Time: Orders placed after 4:00 PM CST will be processed the following business day.
2. Shipping & Delivery
- Carrier: Most orders are shipped using USPS or a comparable standard service.
- Delivery Time: Expected within 2–6 business days post-processing.
- Shipping Cost: Always free—no surprise fees.
Note: Transit times may vary based on carrier delays, weather, or holidays.
3. Tracking Your Order
We’ll send a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is on the way. Use it to follow your package online.
4. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to all U.S. addresses, including APO/FPO.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
5. Delivery Issues
If your tracking indicates delivery but your package hasn’t arrived:
- Contact us within 7 business days.
- While we’re not responsible for carrier delays or losses, we’ll work with you to resolve any issue.
6. Address Accuracy

- Orders returned due to address errors may incur reshipping fees.
