1. Return Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 30 calendar days of the delivery date.
- Items must be in original condition—unused, undamaged, and free from markings or writing.
- All original packaging and included materials (e.g., CDs, access codes, inserts) must be returned.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on digital items (eBooks) unless:
- The wrong item was delivered.
- The file is corrupted or inaccessible despite proper download attempts.
3. How to Return

- Do Not Ship Without Authorization: Unauthorized returns may be refused or delayed.
- Shipping Responsibility: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item).
4. Refunds
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
- You will be notified once your refund is approved and processed.
- If the return is due to our error, we will cover the full return shipping cost.
5. Exchanges
- If you need to exchange for a different title or edition, please contact us within the 30-day return window.
- Exchange requests follow the same conditions as returns.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.
- We’ll promptly arrange a replacement or issue a full refund, including any shipping costs incurred.
